OUR FLOWERS

The flowers used in Balance Water come from all over Australia, including some of the most remote parts of the outback. The flowers are taken from healthy plants that grow in the wild on private land (we do not remove wildflowers from public lands, as it is illegal). The plants must have a good position, be healthy and have “character”. The plants are not farmed, in any way. We do not plant them, nor do we water or fertilize them. We select a combination of new, mature and old blooms, and then collect the flowers using twigs from the plant so they are not contaminated by human touch. The flowers are gently “processed” using proprietary methods that do not involve alcohols, preservatives or heavy industrial equipment. Our process removes the flavor or plant residue, and is done under sterile conditions without compromising the natural integrity of the product. This processing results in our concentrate, or “mother tincture”.
